Here is a little bit about me: I have worked with primarily adults and adolescents in residential facilities living with substance use disorders and other co-occurring disorders. I also have experience working with families, couples, and individuals living with mood disorders, self-harming behavior, anxiety, anger, identity/sexuality development, body image, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, personality disorders, and grief.

She has more than 20 years of experience in treating mental health disorders as well as offering holistic methods to her clients. Regina specializes in many modalities of therapy yet focuses on each clients needs to use specific modalities of treatment. She has had many years working with young children to adults who have had or currently going through trauma. Within her framework she helps her clients focus on the potential of their inner strength while serving as a guide to their well being.
