Whether we use
cognitive
behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy or some combination, I look forward to nurturing your growth and empowering you to find joy, peace, and success.
A safe and supportive environment for you, your family, and/or your child is my number one goal as a therapist. Many of my clients share feeling stuck, or unsure about what to do next. My focus is on meeting you where you are at, building on the strengths you already have, and helping you to learn the skills you need to feel ready to move forward. It is a blessing to walk with people on their journey, whether it be through grief, divorce or separation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, trauma, or any other challenge that life can sometimes throw at us.
