I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and devout Catholic. It is my dream to incorporate my faith in a direct way through my work with clients. Although I am passionate about my faith and combining it in practice, my goal is to allow the client to dictate where they are in the spiritual and emotional journey. My name is Whitney Catoe, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have a history of working in the substance abuse field (detox facilities, methadone clinics, dual diagnosis), mood disorders as well as trauma. Hi! As a parent we are facing different challenges everyday in which we struggle and feel pressured to constantly have it together. I’m a mother of two and understand your struggles of not feeling enough, especially during a time when we are required to be parents, teachers, doctors, nurses etc. all at once. So if you take anything from landing on my page I want to tell you that: You are enough! As a clinician I have helped children and families who had experienced challenges and adversities in their lives.

For many of us, the pandemic placed additional complication or strain on our already "normal" life stressors at work and at home. Let me help you to navigate the areas of concern you may be facing.
