Sometimes life can become complicated causing you to feel overwhelmed with distressful emotions.
I use CBT, SFBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) which incorporates EMDR, CBT and Psychodynamic principles to help you overcome Trauma, Grief, Depression, Anxiety and Phobias. I have worked in community mental health and in Hospice. I am also a former nurse and educator and will incorporate my background experience to help clients as needed.
