Parents or individuals struggling with self-love, spiritual connection, life direction, career change, communication issues, relationship issues, self-acceptance, and forgiveness.
I'm not your typical therapist. I do very, very advanced work based upon the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction states that whatever we focus on, we attract to us; whatever we fear, we welcome into our lives. The support I offer is about letting go of the fears. I'm Kelly, and I'm a certified Infinite Possibilities facilitator, Compassion Key expert, Healthy Boundaries specialist, and Breathwork practitioner.

Every person’s story matters. Life is a journey filled with transitions—some bring excitement and growth, while others bring loss, uncertainty, and pain. I approach every client with empathy, compassion, and deep respect for the unique path they’ve walked. I embrace diversity in all its forms, recognizing that backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences shape the way each person sees the world. Therapy with me is both a place for comfort and an environment for growth—where support is paired with gentle accountability to help you take meaningful steps toward change.

Life transitions can be difficult. Even the good ones like graduation, marriage, and a promotion can bring stress and anxiety. The harder ones like loss of a loved one, abuse, divorce and living with challenging relationships can really knock you off your feet and prevent you from living the life you want. I am a licensed mental health counselor with more than 30 years experience helping people work through whatever life has thrown at them. My goal is to provide a safe space for people to say what's on their mind without the pressure of expectation or judgement. If you need someone to listen and really hear you, I'm here.

My heart is to serve those struggling with depression, anxiety and OCD. Having a desire to address these issues takes a lot of courage. Researching a therapist already speaks volumes of your resolve. My goal is to highlight strengths already present and work with clients to access these more readily. If your goal is to live a more fully engaging life, despite it's challenges and curveballs, I'm the therapist for you.

You have read the books, listened to the podcasts, and maybe even done therapy before, yet something still feels off. You are smart and self-aware, but awareness hasn't brought peace. That is where the deeper work begins. I’m EMDR certified and a Level 3 Certified Therapist in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping people heal patterns, not just talk about them. My clients are done with surface fixes; they want real freedom and clarity. Together we will work to help calm the inner noise, meet parts of you with compassion, curiosity, and clarity, and help you finally feel at home in your own mind and body.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped people navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and career transitions.
Many of the struggles I see stem from unresolved past experiences or family patterns, which can lead to buried feelings, fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, and difficulties in relationships. Together, we work to uncover these roots, build healthier coping skills, and move toward a greater sense of balance and self-worth.

Life could be so much easier—more peaceful, more pleasurable—if you didn’t feel so damn tangled in what other people think of you. You want to go after the things you know could fulfill you … but the fear of being “too much” still lingers. That’s where I come in. I blend neuroscience, philosophy, and personal kink to help people unlearn what’s been holding them back—and reclaim the kind of radical autonomy that makes real connection possible. When you stop apologizing for who you are, you make room for the kind of love, sex, work, and self-expression that actually fits.

Welcome! I’m so happy that you are making the steps forward. This first step is quite difficult. Since you're here, you should know you are not alone! I find myself drawn toward conversational-based therapy, where we are able to develop a relationship based on foundations of trust and honesty. When I say conversational-based therapy, I mean that I utilize a client-centered approach, while also using cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help challenge spots where you might be stuck and help you see a different perspective. At the same time, I am in no way the expert of your life and am here to help you navigate this world.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have worked helping others for over twenty years. I also received my Doctorate in Diversity Studies in 2006 which has given me a unique approach to counseling. I love working with people and enjoy the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of each person I meet through my practice. My ideal clients are thoughtful and caring people who have spent years putting others first and are now ready and willing to rediscover their own voice, boundaries, sense of self, and to take responsibility for their own happiness. If you are ready to break free from unhealthy patterns and create a more fulfilling and balanced life, I would be honored to support you in that process.

My core values are genuineness, compassion, integrity, and autonomy. It is very important to me to provide a warm, welcoming space. For newbies, it can be scary to deeply open up to a stranger if they have never been to therapy. Others who have worked with therapists before might be reluctant to start again after they used to have an amazing therapist or try again if they had previously been disappointed. While I cannot promise that you and I will be a perfect fit, if you have browsed my page and feel inclined to schedule or request a phone call, I can promise that I will always do my best, be transparent, and focused on YOUR needs.

Career Counseling Therapists
How do I know if I need career counseling?
Determining whether a career counselor is needed involves assessing one's current career and identifying what changes can be made to improve one's overall quality of life. In particular, feelings of loss of motivation, fatigue, anxiety, depression, procrastination, or ongoing levels of high stress can all be indicative of a need for career-related counseling. In addition, individuals changing jobs may want the decision-making support or self-reflection opportunities provided by a career counselor.

Who can benefit from career counseling?
Anyone can benefit from the self-reflection, skill development, and stress management techniques that career counseling can provide. However, individuals who are feeling overwhelmed or burnt out with their current job and individuals considering a major career change may particularly benefit from career counseling to improve their wellbeing. Additionally, individuals who are facing issues in their current job, such as coworker relationship challenges or not meeting performance goals, may benefit from the perspective that a career counselor can provide. College-age or young professionals may also uniquely benefit from career counseling as they make key decisions surrounding education and job training that will impact their career trajectory.

How long does career counseling typically last?
The length of career counseling can vary greatly depending on the needs of the individual and what type of support they are seeking. Career coaching or advising services—which serve clients in a specific, goal-oriented capacity—often last for a shorter duration and are sometimes only a single session or a few sessions in length. In contrast, career counseling as part of a more integrative therapeutic relationship with a counselor may last longer, particularly if the issues faced by the client are longstanding and/or more complex in nature; in such cases, individuals may expect therapy to last multiple months or longer.

How to prepare for career counseling?
Clients can prepare for career counseling sessions by outlining the specific topics they would like to address with the counselor, such as current job challenges or hopes for the future of their career. Compiling one's thoughts on such topics often requires reflection on one's career and future goals, which in itself can be beneficial for session preparation. Clients may also want to put together a list of questions they would like to ask the counselor, particularly if the career counselor they are seeing has particular expertise in a given career area. Conducting research into potential future jobs, training opportunities, or support resources in one's area may also help clients prepare for career counseling by providing them with a background of what resources are available in their area.
