Therapy is an avenue to address the challenges in life that sometimes seem unmanageable. I work with individuals, adults, and teens on a variety of issues and disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, parenting issues, abuse, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, life cycle transitions, and substance abuse.

False beliefs and fears can cause us to lose our ability to fully enjoy life. Together we will work on eliminating those fears and false beliefs, and identify the goals that you want to achieve, towards a life you truly desire.
