Are you ready for lasting change? Let's work together to create boundless transformation in your life. By uncovering the root cause of the issue, I can help you effectively achieve your goals. During hypnotherapy, I use therapeutic techniques to access the subconscious mind and allow for positive changes to occur. This approach often leads to major breakthroughs in areas where you feel stuck. As your subconscious beliefs shift, you are able to relate differently to your world and respond in a healthier way to external events. Anything the mind affects, hypnotherapy can help.

As a clinician who specializes in helping clients with relational issues, I believe that when we experience communication challenges and conflict with the people we care about most (partners, children, parents, siblings, friends), our quality of life suffers. When our most meaningful relationships are unfulfilling, strained, or a significant source of stress, we can experience unpleasant mental health symptoms (such as anxiety, depression, and poor coping strategies). I believe in the healing power of relationships and have witnessed how repairing relationships can bring joy, hope, and enrichment to someone's life.

My mission is to give adolescents a safe space and the tools to really figure themselves out. When teens feel misunderstood, confused, anxious, or depressed and feel no one understands them, my role is to listen empathetically and to guide them to discover that they are truly capable of presenting their authentic selves to the world and finding their own version of happiness. My approach to counseling is down to earth and realistic. I focus on creating a safe and positive atmosphere for teens and families to feel comfortable sharing and achieving realistic goals.

Self Esteem Therapists
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum.
