We are a small private practice specializing in cognitive-behavioral strategies and strength-based counseling. We see people of all ages and conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. Our staff work with a wide variety of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-injury, suicidality, trauma, divorce, and grief/loss.

I provide professional and clinical counseling. My goal is to promote the beauty of restoration and that healing and transformation are real possibilities. I believe that within a trusting relationship, I will be able to help my clients identify the pain areas that need the most work. I have been an active member of the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team for over 11 years working with law enforcement and first responders. I have worked with children , adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors. I have worked with law enforcement, first responders, military and veterans.
