Kada enjoys working with children, teenagers and adults. Kada graduated with her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Florida. My practice is generally focused on adolescents and young adults. Adolescence is a time of constant growth, of which can often be coupled with fear and feelings of inadequacy. It is normal for adolescents to seek autonomy and gain independence but they may feel uncertain about their ability to do so. External pressures and responsibilities can increase feelings of anxiety and depression. In addition, the current trend of social isolation can intensify negative feelings.
