I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals who, from the outside, seem to have it all together but are secretly grappling with burnout, isolation, and the weight of relentless stress. Having practiced family law for over 20 years, I intimately understand the unique pressures of demanding careers—the high stakes, the constant 'on' mode, and the way self-care often falls to the bottom of the list until anxiety or depression can no longer be ignored. My ideal client is someone ready to apply the same dedication they give their career to their own well-being. In this space, you have permission the mask.

You can't change your situation, but you can change how you deal with it. I want to help you find your own inner voice to overcome obstacles, which can lead to rediscovery and self-empowerment. I received my MSW from Fordham University with a clinical concentration before completing post-graduate training at the prestigious Ackerman Institute. My goal is to encourage individuals, couples and families to cope better with their difficulties. My approach is collaborative, empathetic and non-judgmental in supporting you to find hope and meaning in your life. As an active listener, I bring a sense of calm to address your concerns.

Are you struggling and suffering despite your deepest desire to be happy? Have you suffered from prolonged stress, anxiety or panic attacks? Do you appear outwardly confident while inwardly you feel like a fraud constantly questioning your self worth? Do you have a successful career but still feel unhappy or disconnected from life? In your relationships, do you ever wonder why you keep repeating the same old issues with different people? Do you get angry easily? Do you ever wonder why we don't learn from our mistakes? Are you someone who continues to feel and behave in ways that make you unhappy?

You have always craved control over your life. Of course there are uncertainties but that is why you are always planning for the worst case scenario. You think of everything that can and probably will go wrong and try to figure out a way around these barriers. This constant analysis of potential threats makes it very hard to enjoy life. Others tell you to "just relax" as if it were that simple! You often find that even when you are doing absolutely everything "right," inevitably life throws you a curve ball and there you are stuck inside your head again, missing out on the very life you are trying so desperately hard to protect.

You feel stuck and not sure how to move forward? Perhaps you're feeling lost and confused, or a sense of unease about where you're at in life, but can't put a finger on why. It’s hard to connect with your partner, family & coworkers. You’re beginning to feel unhappy in your relationships & becoming more frustrated. Your support system feels like it's crashing and you're “all alone". It is exhausting pretending like you have it all figured out. Every person's story is unique and has the ability to rewrite their narrative. On the outside you look relatively put together, but on the inside it’s a different story. Let's figure it out!

Children, teens, and families often seek therapy when anxiety, depression, self-harm concerns, emotional outbursts, body image struggles, social stress, or academic pressure begin to interfere with daily life. High-achieving youth may feel overwhelmed by expectations, while families experience communication breakdowns, conflict, or challenges related to divorce and co-parenting. Families want relief, stability, and tools to help their children feel safe, confident, and emotionally balanced, while improving connection and functioning at home and school.
