My name is Kathleen, I'm an experienced clinician a passion for working with Eating Disorders, Trauma, Depression, and Anxiety. I want to help those struggling with an eating disorder/continue to help those recovering after stepping down from residential/PHP/IOP, I want to help those needing to process their trauma, regardless if its complex, childhood, a single incident trauma, a big trauma or small trauma. I want to help ease the anxiety and depression of those struggling in their day to day, no matter the cause. Ultimately I'm here to help my clients meet their needs and reach their goals.

We all react differently or sometimes even destructively, manifesting in attempts at control, or feeling insecure and compulsive. If one feels anxious, afraid, and uncertain while trying to do life, the struggle to figure things out can seem even less navigable. I often work with clients that struggle with depression and anxiety. The symptoms that one experiences associated with these issues can be debilitating, exhausting, and dangerous if left unaddressed. People that present with these problems often desire for a better life, but feel trapped by their circumstances and condition. The symptoms often make it feel impossible to take steps to improve and overcome the hardship one is experiencing.

I work with children, teens, & adults using telehealth. I have experience & passion for working with all of these age groups. I enjoy working with youth that are guarded, have lots of attitude, problems with behaviors, self-esteem, mood, or focus difficulties. I also really love working with adults that need help with relationships, learning to say no, setting boundaries, and adjusting to changes in life. I like offering a compassionate ear to individuals presenting with anxieties, traumas, and depressed moods.
