Got stress? Feel stuck? Do you self-sabotage? Stress, anxiety and burnout are prevalent today and for a variety of reasons. If not managed early, it can spiral out of control, leading to physical, emotional, and mental health problems. If not treated, it can leave you feeling anxious, angry, sad or depressed, and unsure of how to manage your emotions and resulting behaviors. Your relationships and quality of life can suffer leaving you struggling to get through each day. Stress can also adversely affect your job and the work you do, resulting in an unbalanced work-life. If this sounds like you, then you’ve come to the right place.

I see women only 30+ How long have you been living as if survival is still the only option? Many of the women I work with have spent years carrying responsibilities that were never truly theirs to hold. They may have grown up in families where boundaries were blurred, emotional needs were overlooked, or they learned that their worth came from taking care of others. As adults, these patterns can show up as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, chronic guilt, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from their own needs and identity.

Do you find that you are often putting yourself last or that you rarely make time for self-care? Do you wonder why you struggle maintaining healthy boundaries? You may need to stop and consider the connection between lack of self-love and the ability to find balance and authenticity. Having the responsibility of wearing many different hats is downright exhausting and can really impact your emotional well-being and can lead to anxiety, depression, and burnout. Women in particular are expected to “have it all”, not to mention most of us (no matter our age) still deal with body image and our self-esteem. Perfection is not realistic!

If today was difficult, let me guide you, or a family member, toward a better tomorrow. I believe that connection and support are essential when facing challenges. That’s why I’m here! Together we will work to better understand your inner self, what triggers your emotional reactions, what motivates you, what drives your interactions with the surrounding world. We will learn what gets you stuck and brings you back to the same place. I’m here for you through the tears, fears, and angry moments that come up during your journey. I look forward to the day when laughter, smiles, and peace are more frequent. Until then, let’s talk awhile.

My ideal clients are individuals—children, teens, or adults—seeking clarity about attention, memory, learning, academic performance, emotional or social challenges. They may be struggling with focus, behavior, or communication and want to understand if ADHD, autism, or another condition is contributing. Their goal is insight, not just a label. They want answers that help them access support, feel understood, and make informed decisions about next steps in school, work, or life.

You’re ambitious, high-performing, and used to managing a lot—but that pace has started to feel unsustainable. Anxiety, burnout, chronic illness, or ongoing stress begin to affect focus, relationships, and overall functioning, leaving you exhausted and mentally overloaded. We work with high-performing individuals and emerging adults navigating the space between external success and internal experience, including those managing chronic health conditions or caregiving responsibilities. Many come in when they realize surface-level strategies haven’t been enough, and something deeper is needed to shift how they’re coping day to day.

I enjoy working with folks who may not always feel like they've "fit in" with societal norms; your uniqueness and creativity is honored here. I offer a welcoming and supportive space for people of all sexualities, genders, and brain types. Some folks have tried therapy and been told they're too "self-aware", or "have it all figured out", and end up feeling stuck. I help folks find a path forward with ADHD/ASD, anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, school, depression, self-esteem, self-harm, parenting stress, life transitions, and more. Together we will make space for you to un-mask your worries and walk the healing path that works for you.

Hi! Glad you found me. Working with the right therapist is such an important part of the healing process, especially if you haven't felt heard or understood by others. Do you struggle feeling close to people? Crave connection but fear it at the same time? Can't stop people pleasing? Feel like you're "too much" or "not good enough"? You might also be a high achiever or perfectionist. If so, then you're in the right place. I'm a trauma therapist that specializes in complex trauma (CPTSD). This often involves having experienced childhood neglect or abuse, or harmful relationships with people close to you.

Life can be very difficult to navigate with the ups and downs of relationships with partners, children, teens, friends, colleagues or bosses. Life can also be difficult to navigate through life transitions such as divorce, moving house or state, new jobs, loss of job, death and bereavement, trauma, or any other life challenges. Most people tend to avoid problems and difficulties, as the saying goes “sticking their head in the sand like ostriches hiding from danger hoping it will all disappear” or running away. This often leads to more problems and issues of anxiety and depression.

You are worthy of peace. You are worthy of being heard. You are worthy of healthy, nourishing relationships. You are more than your mistakes or challenges. Sometimes life circumstances and events can cloud the ability to believe this. Deciding to take a chance on therapy is a significant and, often, daunting step. But you are not alone! The past 7 years of my life as a clinician have been enriched with countless opportunities to help others discover the greatness that is within them.
