I am a clinician who is passionate about creating solutions and strategies to reduce stress, increase resilience and develop courage that leads to authentic healing. Being a therapist is an immense privilege and creating a space for genuine exploration and honest expression motivates my practice. I believe in an integrative approach to healing mental health concerns, one that pays attention not only to your thoughts, feelings and relationships, but also to your physical and nutritional habits. Kelsey Blahnik is a Qualified Supervisor available for individual or group supervision and the executive director of The And Way Therapy. Kelsey and her team provide individual (ages 6+) and couples therapy via Telehealth. She is EMDR trained, Prepare/Enrich certified for couples work and primarily utilizes an IFS framework. Due to her passion for making high quality, affordable Mental Health care accessible, the team offers services ranging from as little as $75 per session and are in network with many insurance providers.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-doubt and low self-esteem. My approach includes psycho-education to equip you with knowledge, and family systems to understand inherited beliefs. Knowledge is power and self-awareness can be liberating.

Life events, trauma, relationships, distorted or compulsive behaviors in yourself or those you love, depression, anxiety or just the stressors that exist in day to day life can keep you from the peace and balance you crave. I treat these general individual issues regularly in my practice. In addition, I also specialize in working with those who are living with and have been betrayed by their partner's problematic sexual behavior. Partners of sex addicts may experience feelings of intense anger, shock, drops in sexual interest, or notice that past trauma keeps coming back and impacting them.

I work with individuals and couples to identify and overcome barriers to happiness, healthy functioning, and life satisfaction. Problems and symptoms experienced by clients may be caused by current difficult situations/experiences, or by an accumulation of life hardships, or by a combination of both. Some clients might experience a general sense of unhappiness others might have specific symptoms, but either way, they may not really know why. Often, the link between the true problem/s and symptoms is not obvious and I help clients to gain insight into what may be happening and find effective ways of coping.

YOUNG ADULTS, TEENS, & CHILDREN. I specialize in treating anxiety, relationship difficulties, family changes, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, and navigating early adulthood.
