I have experience working with a diverse population which includes working with children, adults, groups, couples and families. My client profile covers a wide range of issues from PTSD and other traumas, depression, anxiety, life transitions/changes and self-esteem struggles.

I am a certified EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This form of treatment is useful in treating trauma and related issues, as well as depression, anxiety and self-esteem. It provides a safe way of exploring and processing stuck memories, thoughts and feelings and allows your brain to do the healing.
