Hi! I'm Anna Halliday (she/her), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing Psychotherapy and Life Coaching Services. I counsel clients from a dynamic, identity-affirmative approach focused on fostering warmth, compassion, and acceptance. I enjoy helping clients develop a unique voice to write their personal life narrative, a practice I've found to be essential for attaining growth and change. I believe in a holistic path to healing that integrates therapy with balanced sleeping and eating patterns, self-care, and physical movement to promote wellness. I'm also studying for a PhD in Clinical Sexology to qualify as a sex therapist.
