Have you ever heard or created a dish called "Healthy soulful dish"? Well, to start ,you will need 4 cups of mindfulness, 3 teaspoons of hope , 2 ½ cups of creativity, 1 cup of positivity, a pinch of patience, and mix it well for connection. Once you place the dish in the oven set to a good temperature for you, and allow it to bake for 60-90 min. After the session of the dish is over, allow the dish to settle, and process all that was created within it. This is the recipe that will lead to all that we desire in ourselves. This is Mindful Culinary Therapy. MCT is a recreational and mindful mental health practice.
