I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem and feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. Over the past 10 years working at youth camps, along with my experience in afterschool care during graduate school, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside young people in many seasons of growth and challenge. I love creating a space where they can truly be themselves—without pressure or judgment. Many are navigating school stress, peer challenges, family transitions, or emotions that feel confusing and heavy.

Emotional pain can sometimes feel worse than any physical pain you have experienced. It can stem from anxiety, depression, anger, conflict in relationships, past trauma, diminished self-esteem, adjustment related concerns, or other current situations impeding on your ability to function as your best self.

I assist those who are exhausted from carrying pain they didn't deserve, survivors of narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, and deep relational trauma who are ready to stop surviving and start healing. They come to me feeling lost, confused, and disconnected from themselves. Many have spent years putting others first, shrinking to keep the peace, or questioning their own reality. They're done. They want their life back. Together, we do the real work rebuilding identity, releasing trauma, establishing boundaries, and reclaiming peace. Healing that is lasting, not just coping.

We are all here to evolve into more conscious, responsible individuals. Mental health issues arise when we are out of alignment with what is happening within and around us. As we embrace and adjust to our life situations, working through our disappointments and broken expectations, our equilibrium is restored. We feel stronger and more capable to accept what is in front of us to do, with new peace, joy, and wisdom.
