Listen to them.” My role as your therapist is to assist you in identifying, understanding, and communicating the feelings you are feeling as messengers telling us a story about how your present day experiences and feelings are in conversation with those formed before you had agency, awareness, and choice. I strive to create a safe environment where, together, we can explore the chapters of your life in order to give you the insight necessary to implement change, alleviate suffering, and grow as a thinking and feeling person in a complicated world.
