Whether that’s Inference-based therapy (I-CBT), Exposure (ERP), Metacognitive Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT) With evidence-based approaches and years of specialized training in anxiety and OCD, I help people reclaim their lives.
Picture this: you’ve been going to therapy for years. You’ve tried everything—talking through your feelings, practicing relaxation, following every piece of advice. And yet, the anxiety is still there. Day after day, it lingers like an uninvited guest. You start to wonder: What’s wrong with me? Why isn’t this working?
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. About 4% of adults, and nearly 1 in 10 young people between 11 and 24, live with anxiety or related disorders. And many of them share the same painful question—Why am I not getting better?

Are you motivated to understand yourself better, grow in perspective and insight about your world and circumstances, and translate this learning into meaningful action? If so, we may be a good match! I believe truly effective therapy happens when we are ready to look deeply and critically at our current situation, ready to really try to make sustainable, practical changes, and able to be humble and self-compassionate in our attempts to flourish. You do not have to know exactly what you want or need, or have all the answers, but being willing to find those together is the key to meaningful therapy.

If not NOW then when? Are you tired of just surviving? Are you exhausted from not finding a solid footing while having things you thought would make you happy? Is life endless cosplay?
I support high-achievers in pressured settings that juggle success with silent struggles—anxious thoughts, burnout, self-doubt, or trauma they’ve learned to hide well. They crave clarity and meaningful success. They are tired of "powering through." They want tools that work, not just talk therapy. In our work together, we focus on developing emotional agility, creating sustainable strategies, and releasing what is no longer theirs to carry.

Asking for help is fucking hard. But let's be real, what you're doing now isn't necessarily easy either... lying awake replaying conversations wondering if you sounded weird. Rewriting the same message three times before hitting send. Creating fake emergencies to bail out on plans last minute. Assuming someone's mad at you because they didn’t respond right away. You don’t have to keep spiraling like this. You can learn to stop getting pulled into every anxious thought your brain throws at you.

Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapists
How does acceptance and commitment therapy work?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy encourages a person to listen to their self-talk. A person’s inner dialog can be indicative of how they treat themselves. ACT also encourages self-compassion; this can lead to a better understanding of negative thought patterns and emotional states. This understanding can then lead the individual to needed behavior change.
What are the goals of acceptance and commitment therapy?
The goal of acceptance and commitment is to expand a person’s psychological flexibility, a trait that encourages an individual to live in the present moment and to accept all their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, even ones that are difficult such as sadness and anxiety. In ACT, this acceptance is congruent with the individual’s values and beliefs.
Does acceptance and commitment therapy work for depression?
Acceptance and commitment therapy is effective for depression because it allows the individual to view their discomfort and suffering differently. Depressive feelings about relationship heartaches, for example, are a part of life. A despondent person learns to let go of their struggles and instead view their painful thoughts and feelings with compassion. This will lead the individual toward positive change.
How long are people typically in acceptance and commitment therapy?
A typical acceptance and commitment therapy session is 50 minutes long with one session per week. Treatment for common problems such as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties can last between eight weeks to four months. However, more severe cases may require more than one session a week and/or a longer time frame for treatment.
