I specialize in self-esteem enhancement, ADHD, and shadow work (integrating parts of the self that one feels shameful about, rejects, or may not be aware of in order to more fully accept, like, and love oneself). I'm highly experienced in anxiety management, relationship issues, parenting and co-parenting support, burnout resolution, complex trauma, codependency, multicultural issues, somatic processing, and substance use and addiction recovery. I find that a variety of these issues tend to occur at the same time for most people who experience them.

As a dedicated therapist with a passion for perinatal mental health, I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and the numerous challenges that arise during the transition to parenthood. Accepting new clients. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years experience working as a psychotherapist in mental health and substance abuse. Areas of expertise include domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, toxic relationship recovery, coping with cancer, women's issues, sexual trauma, depression and anxiety. My experience also includes working with individuals managing Bipolar Disorder, substance abuse disorders, codependency and those wanting to increase self esteem and confidence.

I enjoy working with children, families, and adults to assist them in emotional and relational issues. One of my greatest passions is helping others achieve a deep sense of personal growth and to create a life for themselves that brings them joy, fulfillment, and a strong sense of purpose. I care deeply for my clients and really hear them. Reducing worry, improving mood, and helping clients reconnect authentically with themselves and others are some of my favorite goals. I help clients with issues such as past traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, shame, attachment, and low self-esteem.
