I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed in NY and FL, who specializes in working with college students, young adults and women. I love working with fellow moms and have completed training in perinatal mental health. I believe that the most important part of therapy is empowerment of the individual. My goal is for a client to leave the room feeling like they can handle anything life throws at them. An empowered person is more likely to be successful in all aspects of their life, and I would love to help you along that journey in getting to where you want to be.

From the outside, it looks like you’ve got it all together, but inside, it feels like a completely different story. You might be rushing from one thing to another, trying to be everything for everyone. At work, you find yourself stuck in the never-ending quest for perfection. In relationships, you try so hard only to uncover that familiar, nagging, and sad thought: 'Am I doing enough? Am I enough?' Not to mention the political roller coaster overwhelming you in addition to the turbulent economy. To cope, you may find yourself reeling or swiping on dating apps—because it'll be different this time, right?
