I specialize in helping individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, and I work with people in both monogamous and polyamorous relationships by helping identify the root cause of relationship challenges and learning new tools for thriving.
My clients understand that personal growth takes work and commitment. Together, we create a personalized roadmap to achieve goals, so that clients can move forward feeling empowered by the positive changes made in their lives. Sometimes that means examining what's happened in the past that led to current events, and using a strengths-based approach to navigating a path forward. My approach is trauma-informed and inclusive of all genders, sexualities, ages, spiritualities, and ethnicities. I consider myself as a guide on your personal journey and will strive to meet you where you are on your path to whole wellness.

I enjoy helping women experiencing the challenges of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and work-life balance issues.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes strength—so I want to start by saying, I'm proud of you for being here. Reaching out for help is a courageous move, and finding the right therapist is a vital part of that journey. You’re not just looking for credentials—you’re looking for someone you can trust, feel safe with, and truly be yourself around. That kind of connection matters deeply, and I strive to offer exactly that. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I’d be honored to walk with you through this chapter of your life.

You need a place to share your struggles… and a supportive relationship that leaves you feeling seen, heard, and understood.
When dealing with any type of mental health issues, it can be frustrating and terrifying. When you’re going through it, you feel completely overwhelmed and exhausted. It’s also lonely – for good reason… because you don’t tell other people what’s going on. Who knows what they’d say, and you definitely don’t want them judging you. When you do tell others, it seldom helps. They mean well, but they inevitably say something that hurts your feelings. You lean on friends and family for support, but they make you want to pull your hair out! All this uncertainty and misery isn’t helping, but there’s no clear way around it.
