I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and a National Certified Counselor, who believes in forming a positive relationship with my clients, by providing them with a safe and nonjudgmental environment, empathy, and genuineness. My goal is to promote positive changes in my client's life, help alleviate emotional distress, and help create healthy relationships within their lives. I specialize in trauma therapy, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.
