My experience includes using a collaborative and integrated approach to work with issues such as relational conflict, anger management, anxiety, stress management, and even strengthening professional & professional development.
It is important to note that the specific approach can vary, and the client's need will always determine what approach and intervention is used. We focus on treating the whole person utilizing a client centered approach. I specialize in working with a diverse population, and I also use current evidence based practice to assist clients in their outcome.
