I am a licensed mental health counselor with 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families suffering from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and bereavement/ grief and loss. My approach is person centered, eclectic and holistic. Some of the modalities include solution focused, CBT and psychodynamic therapies. I have the ability to diversify my approach based on the personal and cultural needs of the client.
