I have a special interest and training for helping with trauma recovery and substance abuse issues. I have additional training and experience working with women challenged by anxiety and/or depression while pregnant and after childbirth.
I have thirteen years experience sharing mindful meditation as a tool for coping with life's many challenges. It is one of my passions to share mindfulness techniques in therapy.
