I have faith in the idea that people can, and do change. In my experience, change is not always a linear process. Often, when trying to change a situation or behavior, people fall short or stumble. Being able to truly evaluate an individual's strengths and building upon those, allows for the needed empowerment to overcome our barriers. I am passionate about helping individuals to overcome various behavioral health concerns.
