Every individual will come across challenges and situations that may feel overwhelming in life. The hardest step can be walking through that door; once you make that first step, you will not be alone in your quest towards finding enjoyment through purpose and meaning in everyday life. As a psychologist, my primary goal is to provide a safe space within the therapeutic relationship to explore and gain awareness of current challenges, past behavioral patterns, and coping skills.

I provide therapy addressing issues as varied as anxiety, depression, stress, work/life balance, transitions in life-stages, (ie: teen to adult, empty nest, golden years, etc.), aging, grief and more.

In our sessions, I strive to develop an open and non-judgmental collaborative relationship to explore barriers, personal strengths, past and present relationships and behavioral patterns that make up each unique individual. Identifying core values, finding meaning, and developing purpose in the everyday is critical to living life fully and joyfully.
