I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY and FL. I specialize in helping women navigate unresolved trauma, anxiety, relationship and dating challenges, parenting struggles, body image, low self-esteem, depression, lack of confidence and other life stressors. I work with clients to figure out what’s getting in the way of living a fulfilled life free from self-doubt, self-criticism, shame, guilt and the worries that so commonly impact us all. Therapy with me will involve identifying negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that are keeping a person stuck in their emotions, worry or certain behaviors.
