Hello! I'm so glad you are on the journey towards healing and self-discovery. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; I've primarily worked in the areas of mental health, substance abuse and eating disorders.

I have experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction, mood disorders, trauma, relational issues, and personality disorders. The clients I typically work with suffer from underlying issues that manifest as self-sabotage, depression and anxiety, conflict with friends and family, toxic relationships, and compulsive behaviors. I believe that healing happens in safe relationships and enjoy working to develop that with my clients.

I am accepting new clients, offering services in person, as well as virtually (video or phone calls). As young adults, you have it harder than ever: you’re dealing with a high cost of living, having to live with your parents longer than you’d prefer, poor job prospects, uncertainty about your career, struggling to make and maintain friendships, increasing student debt, as well as the exposure to social media and the high expectations you develop of yourself as a result. Then you have the pandemic that affected so many of you during high school and/or college, causing you to miss the big events that many were looking forward to.

Is your child struggling with depression or anxiety as they navigate the challenges of high-school? These are some of the common issues I address with my clients. I am here to listen and create a plan together that will assist you in achieving growth and positivity in your life.
