After 26 years working in the residential treatment industry I decided to share my experience, strength and hope in a new capacity. Now I share my passion for assisting others in finding their superpowers by offering counseling services to individuals, couples and families, supervision to developing therapists and consultation to agencies for program development, improvement and research. I adore seeing a family start to work together and every member of that family become their most effective. I love working with therapists and watching them become effective members of their team and leaders in their communities.

Loni Cervone, LMHC, CAP, QS received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. As a clinician, Clinical Director and Qualified Supervisor, with 20 years experience; Loni has found it rewarding to serve a diverse population while working in different settings-including in New York, California and Florida.

Monica Gallino graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Masters of Social Work. Monica is an Independent Contract Clinician at Genesis Counseling with locations in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and virtually throughout Florida. She is a Qualified Supervisor for Social Work Interns. Monica has over 15 years of experience providing therapy to many diverse populations. She has worked in settings such as; outpatient, in-home, residential and groups. Monica specializes in working with addiction, recovery, depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma and behavior modification. She is trained in EMDR.

My focus is for my clients to grow in their journey and know they have an individual who will provide him or her the support and guidance needed to achieve mental health wellness. I have worked with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and marriage concerns. It is never easy for anyone experiencing a mental health concern and therapy is part of the process. I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with a wide range of clients including children, adolescents and adults. The most important part of therapy is the connection I have with my clients. I pride myself in my ability to connect with my clients in a warm and compassionate way. New York has been my hometown until I moved to Florida 6 months ago, where I am officially licensed to practice therapy. I have been a licensed social worker for the last 32 years in New York, Michigan, North Dakota and now Florida.
