Hi! As a licensed mental health counselor with 5 years total experience in the mental health field, I will help you learn to manage anxiety, depression, chronic stress and/or others, by implementing a holistic wellness approach - mind, body, and spirit. My main goal is to work with you to identify the areas that have become imbalanced, and create achievable goals that combine practical techniques while we work on processing the emotional and mental turmoil that sometimes hinders us from wellbeing.

I have a heart to see individuals find wholeness and healing from past trauma and life experiences. As a clinician, it is important to create a brave space, meeting them where they are, and using a relational approach with all my clients. I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for over 25 years, and also as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner for over 30. This dual licensure has given me a unique perspective in assisting clients who have health related issues that may be impacting their ability to deal with anxieties, relationships, and other personal challenges. I also have extensive experience working with families facing issues such as addiction, adoption, and marriage therapy. Group therapy is also currently available based upon appropriate referral.

I have been a licensed Psychologist in private practice for over 40 years providing diagnosis and treatment for mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder/Asperger's Syndrome and Learning Disorders. I view diagnosis as a collaborative process that ultimately leads to an effective treatment plan which could include individual psychotherapy, parent consultation and training or a referral to another clinician for specialized treatment that would specifically target the challenges associated with the diagnosis.
