We all will work together to understand your thoughts, emotions, early-life experiences, and beliefs to gain insight into your present-day problems and unhealthy patterns. I encourage you to speak freely about your desires and fears, so you can identify feelings and thoughts that you've pushed out of conscious awareness. As unconscious thoughts become conscious, you are better equipped to integrate new ways of acting, instead of remaining stuck in habitual ones. By practicing carefully and tactfully, we will take curative steps ahead.
