The purpose of therapy is to take what you have learned and apply it outside. It is not always easy to make changes, and change can be scary, but once you put your words into action, the change can be beautiful. I have worked with people who struggle with substance use issues, depression, anxiety, and families. I have a passion for working with people in the BiPOC community. I want my clients to believe in themselves and what they can accomplish without needing external validation. My goal is for you to feel confident in your decision-making to process your needs/issues without relying on others.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by life’s challenges. Some are struggling with substance use, trying to break free from unhealthy patterns. Others face depression or anxiety, feeling disconnected from themselves and those around them. Some are healing from trauma or working through relationship difficulties that make it hard to trust or feel safe with others. What they need most is a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their feelings, understand the root causes of their struggles, and learn healthier ways to cope.

I am a master’s-trained clinician with over a decade of hands-on clinical experience. My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it. I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms.

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. If you’re constantly tired, overwhelmed, or feeling “off” mentally, you’re not alone—and it’s not just in your head. I work with high-functioning individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, brain fog, mood changes, ADHD-related challenges, and trauma/PTSD. Many of my clients appear to be managing life well on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in self-doubt. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a whole-person perspective, exploring how stress, life experiences, and daily habits impact your mental health and overall well-being.
