I am a psychotherapist with 10 years in private practice seeing families, individuals and couples. Since 2013, I have been providing holistic mental health care from a Jungian tradition. The term 'holistic' to the pioneer Carl Jung, meant unity between the conscious and the unconscious. Frequently it further means recognition and treatment of an individual in mind, body and spirit. Both ideals are at the heart of integrative practice. Holistic to me does not mean 'alternative', although I have many decades of immersing myself in healing modalities that are, including acupuncture and nutrition.

'Life is difficult.' These words are no less true today than when they were written more than 35 years ago by M. Scott Peck. As a therapist, I believe I am engaged in a special calling to come along side those who encounter this truth to offer help, comfort and encouragement. Everyone's story is different and everyone has the right to expect to be treated as the unique person they are. Life may get no less difficult, but all of us can learn to adjust and cope to make the road less challenging.

***ONLINE - TELEHEALTH ONLY; Ability to see anyone in the state of Florida*** Life is hard. Sometimes daily activities can seem daunting with little hope of positive change. There are challenges and transitions in life that can lead to anxiety, depression, or overwhelming stress. We may have an unfulfilling relationship where there is a desperate attempt for emotional connection, communication or healing from an infidelity. I utilize research-based therapies, such as EFT and EMDR, which can provide long lasting and effective change.
