I specialize in anxiety, couples' issues & pre-marital counseling, trauma, military members and their family members, and young adults issues (becoming the adult you want to be, navigating relationships, identity, etc.).
Starting therapy can feel daunting. Will this therapist understand me? How can I trust this stranger with my most vulnerable thoughts and feelings? Will this really help my anxiety or relationship? Is it worth it?
The truth is, not every therapist is the right fit for you, which is why I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation, so you can see if we would be a good fit before you invest the time, energy, and money into therapy. I love working with young adults and couples and I know it can lead to change if you are committed and willing to try. Seeing the shift from stuck and hopeless to feeling capable of growth is why I love what I do.
