I provide a safe and comfortable space to explore these issues and help you to resolve your inner struggles. Online therapy can help you regain your confidence, develop new coping skills, and improve your life…all without sacrificing your busy schedule or privacy.

My therapeutic style is based on forming a genuine connection with you while being down to earth, relatable, and direct. Therapy doesn't have to be awkward or stuffy! I use a secure video platform to work with high achieving teenagers and adults who are struggling with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, and depression in Iowa and Florida.

Therapy is not a one sized fits all approach. My education and training offers me the flexibility to adjust my style to accommodate your specific needs. I use evidenced based approaches including CBT, ERP, and ACT. I have completed specialized training on OCD and ERP from the Behavior Therapy Training Institute of the International OCD Foundation.
