I'd be honored to hear about your journey and why you've chosen to seek counseling.
Life is to short to settle for bad relationships, suffer from low self esteem, anxiety, addictions or depression. But often, finding the "right" therapist" to help you resolve these issues, can leave you feeling like you are looking for a needle in a haystack. I have been told that I have a gift of helping others. It is my sincere desire to help you get the results you desire. By helping you clarify your goals, and then by keeping each session focused on steps toward that goal, you can achieve the change you are looking for. My style and approach to therapy is never a "one size fits all" but will be customized to fit your needs.
Let me help you make peace with your mind and heart. Stop allowing all those negative, self-deprecating thoughts and beliefs control you. Whether or not you're confronting old demons or facing life changes that have left you feeling, depressed, anxious, lonely and confused, it is never too late. I will encourage and support you through this process - physical, emotional and spiritual balance is within reach.

When counseling, I look at whole person not just the current situation. I take time to get to know you and understand your situation and/or concerns. I treat all my clients with the upmost respect and compassion. I use motivational skills to help my patients see their strengths and help them create achievable goals. I believe in breaking the big goal into smaller goals that lead to meeting that larger goal. I believe this creates positive reinforcement for my clients and improves their emotional health, during what could be difficult time in their life. I look forward to helping you improve your mental health, one-step at a time.

Parents, children, and families are currently faced with many different challenges, that are unique to their generation and our post pandemic times. Has your previously outgoing child withdrawn, grades dropped, behavior at school increase? It can be overwhelming to feel there is no light at the end of the tunnel, and no one understands. Don't struggle in silence or alone. Instead of searching for what is "wrong" with clients, I work to find the strengths and power of client to begin the healing journey. I work with children, adolescences, and adults.

I am here to teach women how to prioritize their needs, make lifelong improvements on overall wellness, and create a lasting positive mindset. All without the guilt! Some of the issues we work on together include: time management, self-care, finding balance, living authentically (outside of their roles/responsibilities), fostering self-love and confidence, understanding and navigating anxious thoughts, and improving overall quality of life. It can feel overwhelming and even impossible for those things at times, but I share the blueprint to understanding your self, your needs, and what you deserve!
Clients come seeking help with feelings of depression, OCD, anxiety, or a recent loss. Others seek relief from the weight of a troubled, traumatic, or overly dramatic past. People come to heal their relationships of poor communication; addiction; infidelity; loss of love or affection; difficulty rebuilding trust, forgiving, or being forgiven. Some struggle with their partner's narcissistic behavior. Parents want help with the changes that come with a newborn, blended family or empty nest. Other parents hope for less attitude and more gratitude from their child(ren). I have made it my life's work to help in all these areas and more.
