Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been licensed since 2003 in Illinois and in 3/2023 in Florida. I practiced for more than 30 years in the child welfare system before retiring and moving to Florida in 5/2022. I have been working in private practice since 3/2022.

I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the State of Florida. I hold a Bachelor‘s Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University. During my career, I have spent time working with children, families, and adults with varying backgrounds. Some of these have included women and families experiencing domestic violence, families involved with the child protective system. Chad has also worked extensively with clients in the LGBTQI community, addressing the challenges those in this community often encounter. Chad's undergraduate degree was obtained at Rutgers University, and his Graduate work was completed at New York University.
