If you're struggling to understand yourself, your relation to others in your life, or how to cope with daily stressors and negative thoughts, I get it. And I want to help. I'm a first-generation American with immigrant parents, and understand what it's like to navigate an ever-changing, always-online world as a young man. I've been around the world, and I believe that therapy is for everyone - and that everyone deserves to tell their story. I've worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, men's issues, relationship troubles, trauma, attachment issues, and major life transitions.
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll explore the deeper patterns and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and act. I also integrate emotion-focused and person-centered perspectives, creating a nonjudgmental space for you to truly explore and discover the deeper origins of your challenges and the tools that can support you.
As a straight, cisgender, white man, It's important to me that I'm always working to deconstruct oppressive social structures and build towards a more compassionate world.
Seeking therapy is a brave first step - together, we'll take many more in the right direction. If you think we might be a good team, feel free to reach out for a 15-minute consultation!
