As a Hispanic woman from New York City, I am attuned to the importance of the multicultural implications within therapy. I assist my clients in developing clear, attainable treatment goals. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach.
My clinical experience includes individual as well as group therapy in English and Spanish. I specialize in working with Adults diagnosed with both mental health and substance use disorder (Co-Occurring) and families affected by Intimate Partner Violence.
I am dedicated to helping my clients overcome depression, anxiety, addictions to alcohol and drugs, and other stresses that affect all of us at some time in our lives and empower my client to live their best life.
