Whether you struggle from anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief, or just a sense of feeling “off,” there is freedom from these burdens. The good news is, no matter how overwhelmed you feel, no matter how chaotic your circumstances are, you can take control over your emotional health.
Life experience has taught me the importance of self-worth. Identifying strengths and core values is often the key to discovering one’s innate ability to overcome negative moods, dysfunctional behaviors and futile responses to life’s challenges. I take vested interested in guiding adults and teens on their journey toward authenticity and eventual peace.
Many years ago, I struggled. While our experiences may not be the same, I can testify to the benefits of counseling. Back then, I never would have seen myself returning to school for a master’s in counseling, but it was a therapist who filled me with hope and empowered me to rise above my circumstances. I am honored for the chance to pay that forward.
