I am purposed to serve those who deal with depression, anxiety, trauma, social anxiety, communication issues, lack of self-esteem and marital issues. I believe these areas are not confined and typically interrupt and disrupt the ability to enjoy life and impede growth. I want to help those who feel stuck, frustrated, agitated, confused, overwhelmed and hopeless. I want to partner with you to remove barriers, obstacles and stumbling blocks to see the potential to succeed beyond these experiences.
I am certified in trauma therapy. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University with Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Counseling in 2015. I am diverse, able to work with Christian and non Christians. I also have over 20 years of personal experience in these areas and am on the other side. I offer patience, understanding, empathy as well as challenge.
If nothing changes, nothing changes. If you are in need of insight and direction, look no further. I am ready and available to serve you. I am a First Responder, ready to meet you where you are!
