Welcome to First Resilience! We are professional, relatable therapists who specialize in working with trauma, stress and communication issues. Whether you have been to counseling in the past, or you're a first time client, we make the session comfortable for you. We enjoy working with first responders, military, healthcare workers, aviation, FBI, corrections and others with high stress occupations. We also work with family members of these professionals. Trained in trauma treatment, depression, OCD and anxiety, Kelly is a certified first responder counselor. We also have Kim who is a certified first responder counselor and also has an MLADC to work with substance abuse. Nikole is a Master's level clinician. She is working with front line workers and will also work with adolescents in these families.
