My personal philosophy regarding therapy is to focus on the family unit and meet each individual member of the family where they are and treat them as an important part of the therapy. Parents often call me and state they need help for their child and my first response is to treat the child but consider the whole family unit as a part of the therapy treatment plan. Meeting the individual needs of the client is of the utmost importance.

Life is pretty good about throwing us curve balls. Sometimes, these curve balls can be devastating. They can impact our daily lives, our relationships, how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. My goal is to help people work through challenging events in their life and make the changes that are important to them. I have enjoyed working as a Counselor for over 10yrs and have worked with people from many different backgrounds and cultures. During this time, I have had experience working with children, adolescents, families and couples.

Life should be interesting with something to look forward to every day. My passion for more than 25 years has been providing individualized therapy to individuals, couples and families wanting to improve their quality of life. I work hard to make every session with my clients meaningful by first co-creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and relaxed space where you can talk about whatever you need to talk about - a space where you can process feelings and we can collaboratively identify solutions that will make things better in whatever area of your world you want to work on.
