Guided by trauma-informed philosophy, I view therapy as a collaboration; a space where trust + healing are co-created. Working with a therapist requires vulnerability & courage, it taps into & tests our innate strengths. It will be challenging at times and our capacity for being challenged varies one session to the next, so my priority is to check-in & move at a pace that's accessible. This means sometimes we slow down, and other times, I'll offer a gentle nudge towards critical self-reflection.

I am a systemically trained and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering individual, couple, and family therapy. My clients seek support around a myriad of concerns - most common among them are: depression, anxiety, loss, attachment trauma, oppression-based trauma, identity exploration/conflict, racial identity, family/relational conflict, and emotional dysregulation. Clients come to me to deconstruct beliefs about themselves and the world that are no longer serving them and instead creating chaos, dysfunction, and pain. Through our work together, they're able to live more fulfilling lives.

My client and service focus is on individuals or entities seeking treatment, psychological evaluations, risk assessment, expert witness representation, and related services for sexual misconduct, sexual abuse, sexual victimization, or trauma. Other areas of specialty include assessment of violence; standards of professional practice; program development; supervision and training of forensic practitioners; treatment or supervision of professionals and clergy with sexual misconduct; pretrial defendants; juveniles delinquency and sexual offending; and supervision or training of clinical personnel involved in various relevant psychological, civil, or criminal justice interventions. Also, I have extensive training in treatment of general psychological conditions as well as providing psychological and psycho-educational evaluations.
