I find that unmanaged stress is the root cause of many mental health disorders. My work with clients includes helping them to identify triggers, understand their stress and find ways to balance the mind, body and spirit by building a daily self-care practice that includes mental, physical, emotional and spiritual practices. I use a variety of techniques depending on the age and needs of my client. I work primarily with teens, young adults, and adult women.

I am an ordained minister with over 30 years of counseling experience in pastoral care and spiritual development. I also have over 15 years of addiction counseling experience with substance abuse and was an Executive Director of a sober housing facility. I provide clinical therapy for individuals, couples, and families facing issues like anxiety, addiction, trauma, sexual abuse, complex-PTSD, marriage and family issues, and spiritual growth.
