Hi. My name is Dr. Sherri L. Scott and I am passionate to work with you in your quest for wellness and to overcome challenges that you and/or your family may be experiencing. My professional credentials are Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Licensed and Ordained Minister. Over 30 plus years my expertise in behavioral health services has been honed to provide Clinical Therapy, Clinical Supervision and Education in correctional, psychiatric residential treatment, university and community outpatient settings.

I am dedicated to helping people overcome personal challenges, establish healthy balance and achieve lasting change through mindfulness-based approaches. Services Provided Our services include a thorough evaluation which will include an initial diagnostic impression. Our office will provide you with patient education and our reccomendations for additions to your current treatment plan, and may serve as a complement to the current treatment team. We are a multidisiplinary team and utilize multiple modalities for patient care including Tele-Medicine. Face to Face Services Depending on your location in Alaska, your initial appointment may be a face to face appointment with one of our providers.

Howard Chaitoff came to Alaska in 1987 and served as a medical service specialist at Eielson AFB. He then went on to pursue a Bachelors of Sciences degree from the Universtiy of Alaska Anchorage, graduating in 1991. He was awarded a Wellcome pharmaceutical grant in 1996 to study clinical cytogenetics at the Salisbury Genetics Laboratory in England. Then completed his post graduate degree in Secondary Sciences Education at Southampton University in England. Finally, Howard attended the University of Washington, MEDEX physician assistant program in 2006.
