Welcome! I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you at my practice. I offer telehealth individual therapy appointments to adults in New Hampshire and Maine. I provide a safe and non judgmental space to assist individuals in exploring and increasing self worth, self empowerment, and developing a healthy routine. I believe in using a strengths based approach to encourage finding joy and gratitude. If you find yourself feeling consumed by the past, disconnected from the present, or anxious about the future, I will support you in rediscovering connection to yourself and others in sustainable and healthy ways.

Your initial visit will be a warm greeting where we discuss what is bringing you to therapy currently. There will be a brief history taking of current and past stressors as well as your strengths to assess if we are a good fit for one another. I treat children, adolescents, families, and individuals. I specialize in dealing with Trauma; Substance Abuse; Suicidality; Racism Issues; PTSD; Family Issues; Grief/Loss; Mood Disorders; College; Child-Parent Attachment Issues; Child Behavioral Problems; Child Abuse; Addiction; Anxiety Disorders; LGBTQ, Poly/Non-Monogamy.

I often work with the nervous system to honor how you have survived what life has given you, metabolize trauma, and allow new ways of coping to emerge. As human beings and humans-doing we have all faced stressors. Whatever challenge you're facing right now, the important thing is to show up and do the next right thing even if it does not feel easy or good, which is probably what you're doing for yourself by just showing up to my page. I value vulnerability, compassion, and transparency in others, and I strive to bring these skills into my work with individuals from all walks of life. I enjoy working with 18+ individuals of all identities and experiences.

My goal is for you to not only feel a reduction of negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; but to also find the “silver linings”, the little moments of comfort and hope throughout your therapeutic experience!

In order to change, we must feel both supported and challenged. As your therapist, my role is to provide a supportive environment where we can examine current patterns of thoughts and behaviors and challenge the ones that are getting in the way of you reaching your goals.
