Before becoming a therapist, I worked in healthcare for a decade. I am uniquely situated to understand and work with both seekers and providers of medical care.
I currently work with adults. I help by incorporating resonance, nature-based activities, mindfulness, neuroscience, and body-based practices in our sessions. I am skilled at supporting gender-affirmation, including providing letters of support when needed. I work especially well with grief, burnout, trauma, moral and relational attachment injuries.
I am committed to helping you connect with yourself. I believe in cultivating fierce self-compassion and a trust in life, no matter what is happening.
